He identified the problem and we arranged for it to be properly fixed (it was different to the problem I had imagined and was a correction of previously done work) . He arrived on time on the day, completed the works with care and was immaculate- even cutting tiles outside to minimise dust. He tidied up and was incredibly polite. Would definitely recommend and use again"
